Institutional Reporting Specialist

John Klimkowski is the Institutional Reporting Specialist at Covenant Trust. He joined the firm in February 2026 and supports institutional reporting initiatives, focusing on data accuracy, process efficiency, and delivering clear, actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Prior to joining Covenant Trust, John spent nine years in private equity, where he specialized in performance analysis, financial reporting, and operational oversight. He developed and implemented process improvements and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and transparency. John graduated from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration and brings a strong technical aptitude to his role, with experience building automated solutions and improving reporting systems.

Outside of work, John enjoys staying active and spends his free time running, hiking, and playing tennis.
