Josiah Hood, CFA

Josiah Hood is a Portfolio Manager at Covenant Trust. As a portfolio manager and trusted advisor, Josiah empowers clients to navigate their financial journey with confidence. Josiah has been with Covenant Trust since June 2023.

Prior to Covenant Trust, Josiah was a Senior Associate at BMO Global Asset Management. Josiah began his career at BMO Wealth Management, focusing on portfolio management, research, and client service. Josiah earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Josiah is a CFA® charterholder.

Outside of work, Josiah enjoys giving back by mentoring the next generation of leaders with Big Shoulders Fund and Chicago Scholars.
